You may say: “I will start when I have more time.” Or: “I will learn when I find someone to teach me.” Days and months may pass… while the Qur’an is simply waiting for you to take one step. 📖 Start today. You do not have to be an excellent reader from the beginning, and you do not need to memorize many pages. Start with a letter… then a word… then a verse. If you make a mistake, your teacher can correct you. If you forget, your teacher can remind you. If you feel tired, your teacher can encourage you to continue. The Prophet ﷺ said: “The one who recites the Qur’an and finds it difficult will have two rewards.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. So do not be embarrassed by your mistakes at the beginning. The important thing is not to stop.
